iGZ – Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen e.V.
The iGZ, Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen and member strongest association for the temporary staffing branch, has signed a contract with the DGB trade unions and campaigns for a qualitative development of human resources services.
The duties of the iGZ include negotiating collective agreements on behalf of it´s member companies, representing the interests of its members in relation to politics, management professional association, organizations and society.
Additionally, the IGZ has developed through the establishment of working groups an opinion leader in shaping the future of the temporary staffing branch. Through its regional network and a total of 28 country representatives and Regional Chapters, the iGZ always keeps in touch with its member companies, and know therefore what is happening in the branch.
