This is not a problem but a challenge that we have already accepted for us.
In cooperation with foreign language schools, our staff are trained in accordance with the Common European Framework to B2 language level. One of our partners abroad is the Berlitz language school.
The language training is conducted usually part-time. Thus, the employees have the opportunity to join the profession and language training.
At the end of the language training, the B2-examination takes place. This is always done in the home country of the staff. The recognition phase in Germany usually takes 10 to 25 days. Thus, we can provide you in the shortest possible time recognized health and nursing available.
A daily care in the initial phase is self-evident for us. We support our employees in all areas. We take care of all administrative procedures for employees and provide you upon arrival in Germany appropriate housing available. We show them where they can shop and accompany you in addition to customer use.
